Our Solution
We built a complete data pipeline: RS232 → G-100 gateway → MQTT → ThingsBoard platform, enabling real-time networked data collection from multiple LPC instruments.
- Full-channel SPC (0.1μm–1.0μm) with independent control limits per particle size channel
- Dual data pipelines: internal management portal + read-only customer portal
- Western Electric 8-rule detection engine for automatic anomaly identification
