FAQ

How is G-100 different from other industrial gateways?
Most gateways are general-purpose and require extensive custom development for non-standard equipment (e.g., LPC particle counters). G-100 builds on our real-world deployment experience in semiconductor and precision manufacturing, with ready-made adapters for industry-specific devices — cutting implementation time by 80%.
Can I use G-100 without GLORITEC's platform?
Absolutely. G-100 communicates via standard MQTT — you can connect to any MQTT-compatible platform. However, when paired with GLORITEC products (SPC, Command Center, etc.), the data pipeline is automatically configured with zero overhead.
Will data be lost during a network outage?
No. G-100 features edge buffering — data is stored locally during disconnection and automatically backfilled when the network recovers. Data integrity is guaranteed.
Does it support hazardous environments?
An optional ATEX/IECEx certified model is available for chemical plants, dust environments, and other hazardous zones. The standard model is IP65 rated, suitable for high-humidity and high-dust shop floor conditions.
