How is Smart Production different from MES?

MES is a full manufacturing execution system for process control. Smart Production focuses on real-time visibility and alerting — faster to deploy, lighter weight. It can complement your existing MES or run standalone.

What device protocols are supported?

OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, Siemens S7, Mitsubishi MC, and custom TCP protocols. If your device talks, we can listen.

How to manage multiple factories?

Each factory deploys an edge node; HQ dashboard aggregates all sites. Role-based access lets plant managers see their site while HQ sees everything.

Is 5G required?

No. Smart Production works over standard Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or 4G. 5G is optional for ultra-low-latency scenarios like real-time video Andon.
