What control charts are supported?
I-MR (individuals), Xbar-R (subgroups), Xbar-S, P-chart, NP-chart, C-chart, U-chart — full SPC suite.
Do I need a statistics background?
Not at all. The AI engine handles rule detection and chart generation. Operators just read the dashboard — red means action needed, green means all good.
How does data get into the system?
Three ways: (1) direct instrument connection via RS232/Modbus/MQTT, (2) manual entry via web/mobile, (3) API integration with your MES/ERP.
Can I set different limits per product?
Absolutely. Independent control limits per product model, per particle channel, per liquid type. The system handles all the complexity.
